Shipping Information for Fragrance Products
- Some fragrance products contain alcohol or flammable ingredients and may be classified as Goods.
- Delivery times may be slightly longer due to additional safety checks and handling procedures.
- A Goods handling surcharge may apply, although in many cases MUSKOO covers this cost for customers.
Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If the order is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
- If an order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address:
- Re-delivery fees will apply, OR
- A refund will be issued minus shipping costs and handling fees,
- Provided the item is returned in good condition.
